Now who remembers the old Lucky Lager with the puzzles under the bottle cap?

I remember drinking some of them!

When I was working down in Oklahoma (Pawhuska) putting in pipelines we used to, after work, go into a bar just outside of Hog Shooter, OK. Coming in out of that 110 degree weather and seeing those 32 ounce steins of ice cold Falstaff would warm your heart. Grain Belt is one of my favorites, when we can get it here.

The cheapest beer I remember was Gobels....$3.99 (or 4.99, can't remember for sure) a case back in th late '80s. It was the lowest brand that was at the time owned by Stroh's. Lower than Piels, lower than Schlitz. It was BAD. But, being poor students, we drank it.

I like Bud in the can.

I REALLY like Iron City in the aluminmum bottle, if I can find it
