HELP: Can't get 'other' rear shock off of my car!
I have a 1990 dodge spirit and I am trying to put new rear shocks on it. I have the top of it off but I can't get the bottom bolt out. I believe it is stuck in the round cylinder from the original shock and I don't know how to get it out. If you have any ideas please give me one.

that nut on the left is usually welded in place. the one on the right will turn. wd40 and heat it with a torch 0 -

I was able to get it off this morning, the vice grip worked, I bit into it and one of the teeth caught in the seam and was able to hold it.
I went over to the other side and proceeded to start unscrewing the upper bolt. I partially stripped the bolt head, so I was forced to undo the nut. I was able to to that but now the bolt won't pull out of the cylinder. I used PBblaster to loosen everything up but and it rotates in the cylinder but I can't pull it out. One the upper bolt there is an actaul not, not the welded on deal like the lower one.
How do I pull the bolt from the cylinder?
I put it back together with a new nut and washer, and now it makes a clicking sound. It is screwed together very tight, in my attempt to make it not move and not click. I am guessing that from me rotating the bolt around it maybe made the hole a little bigger so it slides around a bit? I have no idea.0 -
