I like hot foods. But I think I overdid it this time!
Awhile back I bought a bottle of "100 Percent Pain." Pure ground habenero and vinegar. Hot stuff, 1 tsp to a pot of chili.
Well yesterday I made a stir fry and it wouldn't come out- so I smacked the bottle until it did. Gush. Half a bottle empties out. "Eh" think I, and continue.
Whoooeee! About two bites in I drink some milk and put the stir fry in the freezer for 5 minutes. Continue eating. More milk.
By the end, I was chewing a mix of milk and food it was so hot. I actually started to have trouble breathing as my tongue and throat were swelling, and the next day.....oh momma the morning 'set down' was painful.
But I couldn't stop eating it- it is the perfect hot sauce. THAT hot but still flavorful! [:D]

Ve haf zees vhips vhot you vill enjoy. Ve inzist you vil enjoy zem. Habeneros are way too hot for me, jalapenos are about the top of my tolerance. Cholula Hot Sauce is my favorite along with Tabasco. 0 -

i feel your pain the next morning, my system does not care for the hot things so i stay away. not long ago i had a nice big taco salad, wish someone told me there was ground up jalopenos in there. never really tased them but sure felt them the next day. 0 -

The best thing i have found for a burning mouth is to put a tablespoon of sugar in your mouth and let it sit there. Burnung goes away almost instantly. Can't say much for the next morning though. [:0] 0 -

Reminds me of a tourist I saw in Hawai'i. Eating at a local guy's kinda place- he thought the green stuff on his bento was guacamole, scooped it up with a fork and ate it straight. Was wasabi. Guy looked like he had just been maced.[:p] 0 -

Da Bomb, The Final Answer. 1.5M scoville units per drop. Hottest on the face of the planet,.....hotter than the actuall fresh peppers because it is a concentrate. 1 drop in a large bowl of chili makes it almost unbearable for even me,...and I can usually eat hot with the best of them. 0 -

I never understood the attraction of super-hot sauces. After a certain point it's not flavor it's just heat.
I do appreciate the advertising war among the makers to come up with hotter-then-hell sounding names.
