well here's some range reports from 20yds..w/230gr magtech ammo.fired 50 rds today..no problems what so ever.it is a used gun from a GB seller..had to hold low just under the center/x ring..I really like the trigger pull on this one..don't care for the novak low mount sights/non adjustable...any site suggestions/including tritium or nite sights..???....thks...Loko

stay with WIlson Combat mags, they are awesome. I have 2 1911's right now, Springfield and a Kimber...love the Springfield!!! 0 -

10mm!!! Carried one when I was a LEO and brought me home every day on top. I can tell you (from experiance) @ 15-20 feet the damage to a human is devestating.[V] Wish I couldn't, but I can. I was hit twice by a 22mag firing hollow points (1x R arm, 1x left leg) but came home to my family.

I have a Colt 1911A1 that I absolutely love...I had a 10mm S&W, but it was traded, almost by accident, for another gun that Classic wanted...
I love the feel of my 1911A1, and I loved the feel of the 10mm...WOuld I buy another 10mm if it came around?..you bet your booty I would...0 -

I have several 45s and a 10mm that I built. I like them all, but prefer the 45. I have 40 S&W barrels that I can swap to in the 10mm. I like the 40 S&W probably more than the 10 for general use. I also have a factory Colt series 80 1911 40 S&W. 0 -

I was actually thinking of getting the really short .357 snub that S&W makes that holds 8. I think it's an alloy frame. But yours from Performance Center is really cool, too. [:D] 0 -

Here is the first after pic. I'm currently working on refinishing it. I just beveled the mag well and re-fit the ejector. I also had some dovetail cuts on the slide for some new sights. I'll try to get some after, after pics up when I'm done.0 -
