can crediter's leagaly just put a hold on account

can a credit collection companey just put a hold on a checking account for large amounts of money. i had some old medical bills and i guess they put a 5000 lean on my checking account. so my whole paycheck of 1200 is being held and my checking account is now over drawn. i though the most they could do is just garnish your wages.

    What this shows me is that you are a CITIZEN of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA. You are a taxpayer and law abiding contributing member of our society.

    That also proves we are all dumbasses. If you have a hardship as a citizen they will hound you to hell and back over a few bucks.

    If you were an ILLEGAL-CRIMINAL ALIEN the care provided to your WIFE would BE FREE from the start.
