    You should have advised SWAT they have a stage to practice. Maybe a hostage in the target shed?

    That was the result of 5 inches of rain in 2 hours. It just can't drain away as fast as it falls.

    Actually, the range slab was probably less than a foot deep. We could have handled that, only we wouldn't be picking up much brass. However, the water between dry ground and the slab was between two and three feet deep, taller than my rubber boot tops.

    And since the rain water overflowed the plant inlet, technically speaking, all that water on the ground is untreated sewage.
