Anywhere from a foot to two, plus sleet and freezing rain.
In the Mountains of NW PA.

I love winter. So much better than summer.[xx(]

    Greetings,

High today was 79 degrees, and supposed to be 77 tomorrow. However a front is coming thru tomorrow night and the high Sunday is supposed to be only 63. looks like I am going to have to break out the long sleevs and maybe even a sweater.

We got to see the start of it down here in flyover country; looked like Winter! Friend o' mine in Oklahoma hasn't had power in his grain elevator for almost a week.

I am in the North Carolina mountains. We are supposed to get 2 to 4 inches.
But, the low tomorrow night will be 22, with 44 mph winds. That is some damn cold weather for Dixie.
I love the winter. I brought in a big stack of wood for my wood stove, and for my custom built stone fireplace. Good place to sit out a winter storm, at Christmas time, in a log cabin on top of the Smoky Mountains.

Not much use lighting the fireplace yesterday, sunny and 70 degrees.

There saying we will get freezing rain and sleet. We havent had a a snow more than 3-4 inches in a long time. We used to get them where the drifts were up to the fence, that has been a long time ago.

dont know what were suppose to get. up here in north dakota we dont worry unless its a foot or more. then just take the 4x4 to work. last year we had a three day snow storm that dumped more then 4 feet in 3 days. work only called of one day. the only reason they called that day off is because most people have at least 30 mile drive from work to home. i had to snow blow the drive way twice a day during that snow storm. good think we didnt get any wind or they would have had the national gaurd digging us out.
