If I was looking, I might try the local farm supply store, or ranch supply.

A company called Gemplers sales them in many different sizes.

    As Divebomb suggested.
Try a local feed and seed store. The local Southern States store will give you burlap and cotton duck bags if they have them empty. They save them in a metal trash can just for that purpose.

Which ever route that you go. Make sure that they are Biodegradable.

go to amleo.com, the company name is A.M. Leonard
they will have all your nursery needs, now instead
of using burlap or synthetic burlap use the poly
shrink wrap. it will cost you about .35 to .50 per
tree to use, will last much longer and will hold moisture
    inside of the root ball.
