  I told my hunting buddy when we quit hunting labor day about the show. He laughed and knew I would be hunting. I told him I would be over to his place in the Vette.

  I missed out on the Corvette 50th Anniversary bash at Laguna Seca raceway a few years back. My C5 was in the shop that weekend with a blown a/c relay switch that completely disabled it. I was pretty bummed , being that some 200 + Vettes were on display .Historic thru modified and concept. Callaway was there with his toys, also Dave Hill and John Cafaro,some of the C5R La Mans drivers . And to add insult I was living IN MONTEREY.Hunting would have been more fun than just moping around and explaining why I didnt bring my car.
