E85 around here is some $.50+ less than regular unleaded. I'll try a tank of each to see what I get. 0 -

Isn't the 2006 Tundra a differnet truck ... the old body style?

FIL just bought a new F450 with the new international diesel. I think it has something like a 4.88 diferential. 10mpg. I think his chevy 3/4 ton with the duramax diesel and allison tranny could have pulled the camper but he was chicken. 0 -
Cool!

Hi ,
Congrads on your new truck. I also am a Ford man. I have a 98 F150 XL. 5.4 triton, got the 355 limited slip, but mine is 2 wheel drive. I have a conventional cab with 8 foot bed. i have 120,000 and not a minutes trouble.
My son has a 98 F150 Lariet, same engine, but has all the bells and whistles. He has 175,000 and no still running strong. No trouble just routine maintenance.
Good luck with your new Ford and enjoy.
P.S. Thank you for buying american ! I know alot of parts are made over seas ...yadda, yadda yadda ... but that doesent matter, FORD is an american name!...and american company!...an american icon!
Not Toyota, not Nissan etc !
