single shot rifle

i have a friend looking for a single shot rifle and has come across a few rossi rifles combo's but he wants one in the 22-250 and 50 black powder. do they make this combo. i have found the 223 and 50 black powder combo set. it was a 223 heavy barrel and .50 cal black powder. its doesn't have to be a rossi just looking to keep it cheap.
