New addition to our little family
This is Reanna. She's ten weeks old and loves her new home. We adopted her last weekend from a rescue shelter in Polson. She lost her mother and six of her siblings in a house fire. Only she and her one brother survived. They were both adopted the same day. [^]

Our two year old tabby "Wiley" didn't know what to think of her at first. Now they are best friends. [^]

She looks likes she is enjoying laying on your knee....Two cats in a home is wonderful...they keep each other company and a kitten brings life back to an older cat....
Ya did good!!!!!0 -
...Looks as if she didnt take long to "feel at home"...and to make herself at home...[:D]

Thanks Marc! Yep, she's settled right in. [^] No surprise after living the past two weeks in a cage surrounded by barking stray dogs. [:(] She's got a real fun personality and is absolutely fearless. Our two year old male has always hid when guests come over. Maybe she will fix that personality flaw. [;)]
Here's a picture of her wide awake. [:D]

Cute kitties and I see she already knows where the wine is. 0 -
Hobby,
She is beautiful...
Azhunter...
Cats do show apprecition...they purr, they are very loving animals,..they bring a person gifts, they bring joy and laughter to a persons life...
Just cause they dont slobber all over you or hump your leg like a dog does doesnt mean they dont appreciate everything you do for them....[}:)]0 -
i'm not a real big cat person, but those pictures are truly adorable. 0 -
Cats Thank God for the Ohio law that says I can shoot on site (on my property)!!!!
Cats the Garden terrorist of the Buckeye State, burying their poop bombs every freaking where!!!0 -
Thanks Beth! Boy, does she purr! She seems like the happiest cat we've ever seen. Our neighbor even said that too. There's something about rescue animals that touches my heart. She's going to have a good long life with us. [^]
Wiley can teach her how to watch for deer in our yard. [:D]

She's a cute one!
I know some people hate cats, but while I don't have one at the moment, I have had them before.
I like dogs,.....AND cats.
They just have a different personality than a dog, that's all!0 -
Hobby - great looking little girl there. We have five, and they are a blast. I never thought I would say that but it is true.
Good job!0 -

At least cats have the sense to bury their poop, a freakin dog just poops anywhere fo ya to step in ,some even turn around and eat it afterword, then lick your face.
JOKE>> Guy walking down the sidewalk dragging his right foot, seen another guy coming at him dragging his right foot,, first guy pointed at his foot and said "Vietnam 1968" how about you, Second guy pointed at his foot as said "Dog Poop" 1 block back..0 -
That is one lucky cat. [:D] 0 -
I have always found it to be quite entertaining when you have both a older cat and a younger kitten. Congrats on the addition HobbyGuy!

BR, I WAS just kidding, cats are nice. I just can't stand litter box smells in the house, and going in and pulling out old carpet from a cat person's house will make me sick. And unfortunatly people who let them roam contribute to a huge stray problem, among other things. Please neuter. My neighbor now has six rescued kittens from under his shed, and the four I mentioned earlier were born 4 mo. ago to the same mother. We are trying to catch her, and will split the $75 to get her done but the kitts, well lets just say its a real issue. 0 -
A litter box will have no smell IF cleaned every day...but some ppl are too lazy to do it, so it builds up and smells...kinda like not flushing after a person goes...*LOL
As for rugs...boy Az, go into a house where there is puppies and lift that rug...omg, its the worst I have ever smelled...it rotted the floor boards as well....
I like dogs myself, but it seems down in Florida no one wants to train a dog to go outside...its all the puppy pee pee pads...my god how lazy is a person that wont take a dog outside?...go into their house and its dog mess all over the damn house...disgusting....I have had dogs all my life and all of them were trained to go outside...they let me know when they had to go and I never had any accidents in the house either....0 -
our cat goes outside, he doesnt even own a litter box. And hobbyguy, good job getting her from a shelter, those animals truly need a loving family. your an A ok guy in my book. And your older cat looks like my cat Simba.
