Spaghetti and meat sauce, with a healthy portion of fat-loaded garlic bread!

A big slab of ribs does sound tasty. Did you cook them on the grill or other? I would welcome a recipe.

You can use a large pan or a crock pot... Put your PORK ribs in the crock pot. Cover them with beer.( usually 3 will do in a large crock pot. Add Chili Powder and RED pepper. Add a little salt and black pepper. Let them cook for about 4-5 hours till done on high. Then take them out and either put them on the grill or over with BBQ sauce of your choice to GLAZE them up. Beer ribs are awesome.

    No problem chief.
Take a large slab of ribs flip them over and use pliers to remove the membrane off the back. Kind of like skinning a catfish.
Next cut them into lenghts to fit a large baking pan. 10-12"
Then season both sides with garlic powder, season salt and your favorite rib rub or any other of your favorite seasonings.
Than cook in the oven at 250*F for 1 hour.
Remove cover them with your favorite BBQ sauce and wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil. Be generous with the BBQ sauce.
Place back on tray and cook in the oven at 250*F for 3 more hours.
Then be ready for the most tender ribs you've ever had. This recipie works for baby back ribs too.

Tip, drink beer while your waiting for the ribs to get done.[:p]

Sounds great. I could replace the oven with the grill for the last part.

Yes you just have to keep the temp at 250*F. My brother has a smoker that works perfect for that. But when the weather is not cooperating the oven works just fine. It's all about temperature control. [:p]
