  Definitions were drastically different from today..
  
  Gay meant happy. Queer meant Strange. They taught in schools that
  
  there were 3 main races: Caucasion- from the caucasus regions.
  
  Mongoloid- From the mongols of Asia. Negroid- From the negro peoples
  
  of the "Dark Continent" of Africa. Cool- meant not as cold. Dude was
  
  a guy who worked on a ranch. The list goes on. Can you add a few?
