There sure has been alot of that in the news lately or is it the medias way of drawing attention away from other things.
I would like to think they will be deported never to return. but fact of the matter is, most of them will be back in the country before night fall. if they are deported at all.

Why does a non-american or Illegal, fall under the protection of the "American" civil liberties act, that so many of them use to stay in this country Illegally..

I say line em up take aim fire!!!!

I will get flamed for saying that but thats my .02

Well I live here in AZ, I am a Flooring Contractor, Licensed - Bonded & Insured, let me tell you that without the illegals in AZ there would be no one to work in the construction, agricultural, landscaping and service-industry businesses. I live in Northern AZ and when someone calls the local Policia about illegals hanging out in front of our Home Depot the police will say Immigration is a Federal Matter, when you call the feds they will say that they do not have time - if the illegals are committing a crime "call the police" So there you go. AZ is a very difficult state to run a legit service/contracting business in. I charge $2.50/ft to install Laminate Flooring (Because of the Licensing/Bonding and Insurance)- I can point you to at least 50 companies that hire illegals that can do it for .75 to 1.50 per foot. Who do you think people hire? The good thing about AZ is that I went out shooting today and it was 78 Degrees. I guess it has it's good points.

That is why we need stiffer penalties including shutting down and seazing assets of those that hire illegals!

At least 60 others had already been released for humanitarian reasons, most related to child care. They still must appear before a judge for immigration hearings.

And as for the legal US citizen we sit in jail and rot until we see a judge, our children are picked up and taken from the home and put in protective custody.
There is a real problem with this.
I bet 95% won't show up in court for the hearings, those that do will be told thank you and have a good day.[:(!][V]

    Gunbunny69,
the illegals ARE commiting a crime. Isn't that why they're called illegals? Not busting your nuts here, but if the laws were enforced and the illegals disappeared there would be a level of pay reached where there would be enough workers to staff the industries you speak of. Of course prices would go up correspondingly. People who need these services would pay more for them. Simple as that. There would be an across the board adjustment Nation wide that may take a little while to plateau, but it would happen, and things would return to the conditions of before the invasion of illegals. I can't see anything wrong with that.

I have an idea. How about taking everyone off of state sponsered "sit on your a$$" programs (i.e. welfare) you would have plenty of people to do the jobs that illegals do now. Or, they could starve to death. Either way I don't have to pay for their "lifestyles" anymore.

Guys - I agree completly - I wish the Govt would enforce the laws. We had an Illegal March - hundreds of thousands of Illegals clogging the streets of Phoenix - not 1 single illegal was arrested. But every week a (Govt Paid For) flight is chartered from Sky Harbor International Air Port Phoenix to Mexico - loaded with Illegals. So they do sometimes "Send them Back" the illegals enjoy the break from Landscaping in Sun City, and Cabbage Picking, and make the trip back to southern AZ within a couple weeks.

FYI: my girl is from another country but she came with papers!

Load them up and move them out, one way trip to where ever they came from and the next time they go to jail and share the cell with the employer that hired them. Mean while the IRS should take everything from the employers and sell it at auction to pay for the bill they have burdened the US taxpayer has had to pay for the cheap labor[^][^][^][^]
