It's a load of garbage, like much of the links posted here "for our amusement" with no other content than a happy face or two. No real content, no opinions.
What the poster might be trying to say is that a nationally-issued ID card is not accepted my their own government in the country of origin. No surprise there. I'd bet there is some kind of ID issued by our own government to nationals living outside the USa that would not be accepted, with no other form of ID, at a bank down the street.0 -
