Help needed, help me choose my next CC pistol

Kahr P40 vs Glock 23 vs G27

This is what I know....

G23/27 gives me more capacity
it's a Glock, the epitome of reliability
Glock has at least one safety mechanism
Lighter trigger

Kahr is lighter, smaller, thinner, easier to conceal


I've been looking to get a Kahr P40 for a long time now, then at work I was checking out the G23 and 27's. The 27 might be a little small, I'm now leaning towards the G23.

What would be your choice and why?

    German Makarov works for me, though I think I am going for a Pro Carry or Ultra Carry Kimber next.

    sneaky+1 on the makarov, i just got a pa-63, havent shot it yet, but it seems the perfect size! bullets a little wider than regular 9x19 but i dont how much longer the 9x19 is than the 9x18. and the 9x18 travels slower than a high pressure 9x19, i like that. as for cubs, i would go with the glock because

    I never held a kahr, but I like glock cause of the smoth plastic and rounded corners, and reliability, I carry w/o holster alot, it makes abid difference when it don't dig into your leg/side/etc..

    The G23 or G27 are great firearms. I have owned both, but the 23 fits my hand better. Buy the one that fits your hands the best.

    Have a Kahr PM40, works good for me. Do not limp wrist this pistol,it will fail to eject at the most inopportune time.[^]

    well just think about this, if you are being attacked, the attacker probably wont see the gun no matter what the choice is, but would you rather have the confidence in reliability and control with a glock or a kahr cuz its lighter...

    My preference would be the Kahr, simply because I just don't like the way it feels.

    I was raised on Hi-Power and 1911.
