    not entirely of composite, as that is virtually impossible. I believe the correct words would be the frame is made of composite. So Boeing the reason for high carbon fiber prices.

    On tv they showed the actual body of the aircraft being wrapped with thin layers like saran wrap.

    50% composite and 15% titanium. And note that it's model number is 787 and today is 7/8/07.
