  Yep, heard that a year or so ago. Was just thinking about that again yesterday when someone made a post about the military giving waivers to felons.

  Nothing new. When I was in the Army there was a group that called themselves the Black Berets. They were all from the same street gang. They caused all kinds of problems in the Army.
