One more reason to hate PayPal

So on Oct 25, I submitted payment for a sling for my 1903 that I did a Buy Now on over at fleabay, and a couple days ago, I checked my email only to find that the seller has opened an unpaid item report on me. I just emailed the seller with my PayPal email receipt C&Ped onto the message.

    Where have you been? Gun people who still use Paypal have an empty chamber.

    p3skyking - Paypal will actually "certify" your business and allow you to use PP to take payments for guns, ammo, etc.

    However, nothign I found on the website tells me what their requirements are, and they've not returned an email with the same query. Which tells me that they say they'll do it, but their requirement is "Sherrry over in accounts has to be in a good enough mood to do it".
