    Definitely qualifies as an anti zombie device.

    Fire a hundred or so through it to break her in. The action is rough and needs to be smoothed out. Other than that, it's the easiest and quickest loading shotgun out there. I use one for 3gun shooting.

    I stripped and cleaned'er last Friday, got everything lubed up, action now is amazingly smooth. Put a couple of boxes of bird shot through'er and about 15 00-buckshots. Next time I'm out I'll take a few pattern shots, but blowing up pumpkins is way more fun [:D]

    No it doesn't. A shotgun is probably the last thing you want as an anti-zombie weapon. By the time they get within range to effectively use it against them, you'd better be high-tailing it the flock out of there.

    You need something with a very high rate of fire for close range zombie fighting so you can mow a path through them as quickly as possible...like this:

    Works for me, besides, I am not alone, and it's not the only anti-zombie weapon, and yes it did come with the lug.

    Looks like a Mossy. Which model? I didn't know they had a model with factory bayonet lug.

    Hope you can make out M590A1. I am not sure if all 590's come with the lug. It should be on their website, though A1 isn't listed there.

    Now that, ny friend, is truly an anti-zombie weapon. Notice the sharp angle in the front? That is so you can hit the head first and gently sweep them under the vehicle to prevent a body pile-up that will slow the vehile down. All it needs is a flame thrower and a .50 cal.

    Why not this one?

    It would work, however, you would have to remove that silly zombie friendly rail/fence that someone installed around it. The key to a good anti-zombie vehile is lots of sharp edges at head height. That, and a flame thrower and a rapid-fire weapon system.

    Can't afford one. BTR-80 is more or less affordable.

    Btw, is Stryker amphibious?

    I don't know, but they put a 105mm tank cannon with an auto loader on it. That makes it cool enough for me.

    Ah, well, yeah it is cool in a way if you have supply of ammo. I'd say M2 would be more practical, besides you can observe zombie parts flying around. Actually, a Stryker or BTR-80(or 90, even better), in this configuration:

    BTR-94.jpg

    That's ZU-23-2 on top of it:

    General characteristics

    * Overall dimensions in firing position
    o Length: 4570 mm
    o Width: 2880 mm
    o Height: 1220 mm
    * Weight: 0.95 tonnes
    * Armament: two 2A14 Afanasyev-Yakushev 23 mm autocannons
    * Barrel length: 2010 mm / 87.3 calibers
    * Muzzle velocity: 970 m/s
    * Projectile weight: 178 g
    * Rate of fire
    o Cyclic: 2,000 rounds per minute
    o Practical: 400 rounds per minute
    * Effective range: 2 - 2.5 km
    * Effective altitude: 1.5 - 2 km
    * Ammunition
    o BZT Armor Piercing Incendiary Tracer (API-T) rounds
    o OFZ High Explosive Incendiary Tracer (HEI-T) rounds

    Nevermind, screw BTR.

    I wish my bus would have had a ladder.

    You know, they DO have doors on the sides....

    Zulu--This vehicle was my vehicle for about the last six months I was in country. The only way to access the driver and T/C seats are through the top hatches. You can't access those front seats by going in through the side door.

    Rockatansky--Yes, the male in the picture was far senior to her but was far less competent with the vehicle and its handling abilities and basic mechanics. She knew that thing inside and out and drove like a pro. She could also do 80+ pushups and run around a 12:30 2-mile. She was an awesome soldier.

    I think I am in love... [:D][:p][}:)]
