Any one know anythign about this thing? It looks amazing, and if it truly is a knights templar sword wouldnt it be worth more?

Knights Templar are part of the Masonic Order(Freemasons) and can be quite contemporary. This is not the same as being a Knight of the British Empire. Far more Masons.

It also looks like a good deal and is well worth the price, if it isn't wrecked.

I have a number of these. Depending on the condition of the blade, etc. Clarity of the design on the handle, sharpness of engraving on the blade/scabbard, nicks, scratches, rust etc. That is about the "average" price I've paid.

2005-2007, probably in China. It's worth just its weight in metal.
