  Welcome to the club. I'd give a run for their money to a s--tload of young ones! I might not be so agile and fast, but... I'd rather not talk ~~ besides, I doubt they'd let me anywhere near combat, most likely training, computer stuff and so on.

  I was 24 when I enlisted. I was the oldest in my basic training and actually had Drill Instructors younger than me.
  
  Being the old man of the group has it's challenges but is also rewarding when you show up the young bucks![;)][:D]

  Thanks, GRD. 24 though is 10 years younger than 34 . We'll see in a few months.
