DO YOU SET ASIDE TIME?

HOw long does it take you to take a pill?...one that you take ohhhh say once a week....do you actually set aside time for it?..make an appointment to take it? or do you just grab the thing, swallow and continue on?..

Reason I am asking is of course a stupid asinine commercial..

  I take various pills 3 times a day...I just swallow them and keep about my business.

  I have 3 alarms set on my cell phone for various supplements (pills and shakes) I take.

  Part of my morning routine. I take three perscriptions and a vitamin. Fill up a pill dispenser once a week. Each morning I just pop them in my mouth and swallow with a swig of water before brushing my teeth.

  I know what you mean. Is it really that much more hassle to take it weekly instead of monthly? Although, with just taking it monthly, most women could just.....oh, never mind......

  Its a commercial for Boniva (sp?)...Sally Field comes on and says:
  "My girlfriend told me she has to actually 'set aside' time once a week to take her medication"....
  
  Set aside time???????? how much time does it take to take one pill a week? grab the thing, pop it in, swig of water or whatever and you are gone....

  If a person cannot remember to take one pill a week, he's got problems. Last I heard the aids regiment required pills taken at precise times throughout the day. A person needs to have full understanding of the calendar plus know how to read a watch.
  
  I bet Sally Fields "friend" is a blond.
