    Looks like a good idea. Doesn't look like it's getting much support in terms of contributions.
    The sad fact that if there is any group it's OK in the eyes of the world to discriminate against, it's (mostly white) males.
    Watch your TV sitcoms. Who's usually the idiot of the family (and yet the bread winner)? The FATHER.
    And we just laugh along. If any other group was routinely characterized in such a manner, there would sceaming from the rooftops.
    Good idea. Will it go far? I doubt it.

    Yup, funny to see the differences in 2 divorce cases (coworkers) who have the same judge. Deadbeat parent in one is the father, he's on the verge of jail time, deadbeat parent in the other is the mother, shes $10k behind on support, etc. and the court hasn't done squat.

    I finally gave up on my visitation right's because the courts refused to enforce them.
    Took the ex to court several times. She recieved a sternly worded slap on the wrist and then went home and continued violating my "rights".
    It finally got to the point that the court REFUSED TO HEAR MY CASES. Pawned it off on a female mediator who also refused to do anything.
    And yes, my child support is PAID IN FULL. Actually I have no choice (even tho I would pay it anyway).They take it from my paychecks before I get them.
    The fact of the matter is that te only way to enforce these kinds of cases is to throw the mother in jail. And that ain't gonna happen.

    I do not recieve nothing from my kids mother! And as many of you know I am raising my step-daughter as well as my natural son!

    I have never recieved 1 penny from thier mother in the 3+ years that I have had the kids and I know I never will! Heck she does not even send any Birthday or Christmas presents to them!

    The only plus is that she does not see the kids either! She calls about once everyother month from California to talk to the kids but that is the only contact the kids have with her.

    It did bug me for awhile about this but now I don't worry about it. My kids do know about thier mother and her deadbeat ways (whithout me ever saying anything about it as I do not feel that it is my place to say anything)!

    Pretty much the same case in every instance I know of where the father has custody. You're a good man to take in your step child as well!

    She is only my step-daughter on a legal standpoint!

    I have raised her since she was 3 months old and I have never looked upon her as my stepchild.

    She has never met her real father. She knows that I am not her biological father and I have never hid that fact. But she has allways been treated as my own.

    I heard an interview this morning on the radio with the guy who made this web site.
    He got divorced. In court, he said that he was treated like an animal. He had almost no rights, he said, and the hearing was utterly slanted in favor of the female.
    He said that the laws in all the states are bad, but the worst is Michigan.
    So now he is an advocate for men's rights in divorce court.

    One of the things I've seen in this situation is most(not all) men show up to the court room without legal support.I did it and got whupped over and over.My wife finally adamatly(sp) said get a lawyer and even though he was'nt the most aggressive he created a barrier.I t helped

    always get a lawyer.

    the meanest, most aggressive, beeotch lawyer you can afford.

    women lawyers are the best.

    One of the biggest problems in our country today - the emasculation of the American male. Some TV shows would be acused of hate crimes if they depicted the woman, gay or other minority as the pinhead the white guy usually is. It's part of the whole plot to undermine the family by cutting off the head. Men need to stand up and be men!

    went to court,got full custody of mine,course ,she only hsd to pay half what i would have.........andshe hasn't paid it at that......

    In Maricopa County AZ, Sheriff Joe would have her a55 locked down in Tent City, on work release, until she paid.

    FILE THE MOTIONS, get what's entitled to you and your kids, and remember...

    SHE'D DO IT TO YOU! (If the situation were reversed)
