Kill them now, or deal with them later after you've "cleared" that area where they're hiding. If they were trying to shoot you 10 minutes ago, they'll do it 10 minutes after you leave.

the point of war is to kill your enemy. if the muslim terrorist truly injured he could have asked for medical aid. he didnt. the american soldier did the right thing by eliminating a possible future threat.
