Does Ram-Line stand behind its products?
Does anyone know if Ram-Line stands behind its products, what their customer-service department is like, etc?
I have a FSM-1411 folding stock and it is "guaranteed" not to warp, crack or bend. Well, it has cracked at the base of the pistol grip and begun to separate. I just e-mailed them asking if they'd stand behind their product and included photos depicting the defect.
Just curious if anyone has any experience in dealing with them.

I've had a positive experiences with them in the past.
Had a broken hi-cap for the 10/22. Shipped it back and they sent me a new one. Same for a 10/22 magazine loader. They are owned by Blount (same company that owns CCI, RCBS etc. Those companies have always backed up their products.0 -
Yeap sent back a magazine once no problems. 0 -
I bet they don't stand in front of them... 0 -
Cool. Yesterday I wrote to Ram-Line via e-mail. Today they told me to send the stock to them and they'd replace it for me.
Yes, I shipped it return receipt and insured.0
