rideing lawnmower question
anyone know why it is when i mow the grass the mower seems to leave a little patch between each blade i have a craftsman 20hp 46in deck you can see like different mow areas i was thinking of replacing the blades the mower is a 2005 model i have sharpened them 3 times and the deck seems level it mows great but those lines just bug me thanks in advance

It's likely that a couple of the items already listed are where your problems originate, but there is one area to at least take a quick look at.
Rotary type mowers depend on "lift" to raise the grass up enough to get a good and uniform cut. It's why the back of the blade has an upward curl that acts like a small fan. If you have allowed wet grass to build up under the deck housing, it can interfere with the air movement enough to prevent proper lifting of the grass and result in an uneven cut.
There's only a thin chance that this is the problem, but it does happen, so take a look under the deck and scrape away any thick grass deposits.[:)]0 -

+1 it causes an imbalance in the fully fluctuating canooter valve, gets worse as the revelant humidity changes in Swaheely[;)]0 -
