Full beer cans on auctions...?
I've got a 6 pack of semi-collectible Mash 4077 beer, and just wondering
if these could legally be sold by online auction? I've seen similar
items before, but they always stated the cans were drained.

Maybe this could serve as some kind of disclaimer.[:)]

Know the laws of your state, then prior to bidding, just like everything else.
Meanwhile, I'm not selling this as beer. I'm selling it as a collectible item, which is certainly is.0 -
Yep, that is exactly how the BATF will see it too. The alcohol content does not count if it is a Start Trek Collectable.

Personally I think you are safe to sell since it is a collectable. I see Marilyn Monroe wine auctions all the time (Full bottles)... 0 -

And wine is legal to purchase on the Internet (at least in my state and many others), so long as the buyer is over 21.
Again, if this is not legal to purchase in your state, don't bid.0
