Anyone ever hunt Turkey Track Ranch in CO?

I was wondering if anyone had ever hunted a state trust land (public hunting) called Turkey Track Ranch just outside of Fountain, CO.

My hunting buddy and I are wanting to do some dove hunting, it looks like it is really close and has almost 9000 acres. It does list small game, but gives no indication if there are normally dove there or not.
