WHERE WOULD YOU PUT THE TUBE ?

If you were going to give the world a enema,where would you put the tube ? I would start with San Francisco.

    San Francisco is the result, no the cause. Find the cause and SF-like places would clean themselves up. I'd start with what JamesRK suggested. Didn't pay attention. DC and NYC and a ton of college towns would be the first start, but DC and NYC are the primary cause, I think.

    It's hard to zero in on just one orifice for the procedure you suggest, but I guess I'd start with San Francisco and perform additional procedures on an as required basis. However, since this is a world enema, France might be a good place to start as well!

    I would place the tube deep in the black hole of Washington DC. They seem to blowing chunks anyway, so we might as well really flush their system.

    Chicago sounds good. Especially the south side. Crime is getting out of control there. Thanks to Mayor Richard Daly. Projects knocked down and those people were given sudsidies to move to the suburbs.

    I don't think a 30" pipe would fit without falling loose after being rotted away from acid exposure.

    Anyway, I'd start with Michael "Two Cheeseburgers" Moore's mouth.
