State lines
I have read on here that is ilegal to sell gun across state line with out doing and FFL. How about gifting gun acrossed state lines with out a FFL

This is all a technicality, really. You see, there really are NO state lines. Sure, there's a sign posted at major roadways telling you that you crossed a state line and all, but unless you're going over a physical border, such as a river or an ocean, it isn't as if there's a chalk line on the ground telling you that you're in one state or another, now, is there?
So, you see, you'd want to find yourself a rural road -- very rural -- and do the transfer. Because, you know, there won't be signs saying, "Welcome to _________" or "Now leaving _________." Those are on major roads, not dirt roads.
