I wouldnt mind taking a look at the whole message. I think that people are going soft, in a real bad way.

Honestly, I don't blame them. You KNOW they are going to get their azz sued off by the victim's families.

It's a shame. I blame the legal system and the lawyers.

You know, what i cant figure out is how some people are so easily brainwashed??. Or a good analogy is that, (some)people are like cows. My Dads dairy farm burned to the ground about 15 years ago. we got there before it was fully engulfed, my brother drove a skid steer loader through the closed doors at the end of the building and he then proceded to push(herd) many of the cows out through that large hole. They all then ran out of the burning building, ran in a big loop and nearly trampled my brother to death trying to get back into the burning building, where around 90 of them burned to death. They were comfortable in those settings even if it was going to kill them. no thought, lets all do what the herd does, even if it kills us. When are the good people of this country going to say enough?, We let ourselves be pestered by the immoral left and we dont want conflict in our lives any more than is nessicary, so we let things slide, to avoid conflict. If things keep on the road that they are on, i can see in my lifetime that it will be illegal to go to a public range with my XD45 to shoot paper targets.

I don't know what the deal is.[?] E-BAY cancelled one of my listings that was totally legit (I sell antique bakelite stuff and have 543 positive feedbacks). It appears someone bitched and that was it; they never asked my side. The other problem with them is, you cannot find a way to talk (verbally) to a real person. They direct you to a "live chat" site and nothing is ever accomplished. I know it may be "sour grapes", but they've had it too good for too long. I would not be at surprized if, in the near future, someone will give them a "run for the money".[V]

I've had the same experience more times than I can count. Totally legitimate auctions shut down with no explanation.

Meanwhile, my two questionable auctions (nuclear powered paper clip and rubber band) went through with no problems, even with my poking fun at Mark Halpirn.

I quit using them long ago.....they are like the evil neighbor down the road....the one who loves to rant and complain until everyone does things their way. If e-bay were a person....they would be head of the community watch, PTA and the rules for the entire community would be set by them. These are the types of groups that make the lawmakers think they are on "the right track" because if people put up with e-bay setting these limits.....passing a law against things isn't all that unheard of.

So long as people use Pay Pal and pay for things listed on e-bay.....they will think it is OK to be the snippy, yipping, rule makers that they are. I don't care if they have gold bars for a dollar each.....I won't participate with them in any way ever again.
