internet issues?

Anyone in the KS area experiencing internet issues?

I am having significant trouble loading sites.
I've narrowed the problem down to a line problem rather than a problem with my computers, so the question is whether it is just my house or a "global" issue in my area due to the storms.

If the issue does not resolve I'll get Cox to send someone on tuesday or wednesday, but I wonder if it is a larger problem rather than just something affecting my house.
