Who speeds

There was a post awhile back about who do you notice speeding the most. Since that thread I have watched and payed attention to who acts seven kinds of stupid on the highway.

Overwhelming odds are in favour of the early 30's to late 40's white business men in their BMW's, Lexus, Benzs, ect driving at very high speeds and doing the stupidest crap on the road. That group has by far the most idiots I see on the highway.

    I know whatcha mean, I feel like I can change a tire @ 55.

    Even on the snakey roads around here I'm fairly comfortable at 70-/+.

    With driving a car with almost 150,000 miles on it (hey, it's paid for), and with gas over $3/gallon, not nearly as much as I used to.
    State trooper once told me they will generally give a driver a 7 mph over the speed limit window, unless circumstanced dictate otherwise (driving at a speed unsafe for road conditions, weaving,...), unless in a construction zone.
    This is the rule as far as I'm concerned.
    Plus, I have 1-3 "soon to be" drivers looking over my shoulder on any given trip.
    Children learn by your example, not your admonishments......

    i do 5 over the posted limit. most of my driving is in communist maryland, and the cops are pertty picky

    I have a '99, on a good road you can hardly feel the speed [:)]
