New home builder is very reasonable
I thought I would share who built our home. No issues after 15 months. Utility bills are just a tad over a $100 a month. Total Electric with 4 ton heatpump. Homes in our area are around $85 dollars a square foot to $100 SF for a custom home. They did ours for $59 and it has goodies. Maybe someone is looking to build and needs a builder.

I remember seeing pics of the in-progress work. Did you ever post any of the finished product? I'd like to see them. 0 -

You have been working on the yard since I was there. Looks good. 0 -
If I remember right you just moved to ID, but I dont remember where. How close to Spokane are you? 0 -
Thats a really nice place you have there. How much land you have, what size is the house? 0 -
Thats a slick place. Lots of sq ft and ground. What part of the country is this? Sure as heck isn't Oregon at that price per sq ft!
In Oregon they would put ten houses on the property just shown in the picture and each would be $600-800,000. All the west coast is going that way unless you locate away from any of the large metro areas.0 -
Wish they went as far as northern NV. I really want to move next year. 0 -
Really nice lookin chunk of real estate, but how do you get grass to grow in that sand and pine needles?[:D] 0 -

South of Columbia, SC. A little over 3000 SF on one acre with an additional 8+ acres of woods. Dove field is not mine but I can use it and the 40 acres of woods that attaches to my property. I posted the website so maybe someone else could get a home built reasonable.
That is unbelievable! Did I read that right, $60 per sq ft, thats $180,000. Plus the land right?[:p][:p][:p]
You can't buy a 1200 sq ft condo in Portland for that kind of money! I'm moving!!![:0][:0][:0][:0]0
