    And YES, it was NOT the gun at fault but the people involved.

    I would say the Glock, 1911 or the Ruger 10/22. Mainly because there seems to be quite a bit of them out there, so statistically speaking it seems right that most of the accidents are caused by someone using them incorrectly.
