Yep, and it's only gonna get worse.[V] I have just been running regular 5-30 in our vehicles because I will no longer pay the rediculous price for synthetic.

Interesting....I am having a hard time accepting that the price of a barrel of dinosaur oil is affecting a SYNTHETIC quart of oil. 0 -
I buy the Pennzoil platinum synthetic when Advance has it on sale buy one get one free. There's no limit, so I usually buy a couple cases. I think I have 6 cases of it still in my garage. 0 -
not only has it gone up, they used to sell a jug with 5 quarts in it for 8 bucks {reg castrol 10w30}, so i go buy a jug {now 10 bucks}, and a filter then figure out that they reduced the size to 4 quarts, kinda defeats the entire purpose of the jug if you ask me 0 -
It most likely will continue to go up at a rapid rate due to the growth rate of autos being mfg in China. Add to that the mfg boom of all products in China and you see that the competition is a big factor. They aren't satisfied using the OX cart anymore.[:D] 0
