What's for dinner tonight?
We made some tacos tonight. Ground up some beef with seasoning and some shredded cheese,tomatos,lettuce and thru on some chili garlic sauce.[:p] Messy but good.[:D]

I'm having my last HOORAHH of a meal tonight before chewing on a bunch of MRE's for who knows how often.
A tossed salad with picked green beans & jalapenos with crutons, cheese and peppercorn dressing.
A steak..... (1.32 lbs grilled to perfection)
5 slices of whole wheat bread
A large glass of Merlot
A pint of Smores ice cream
Yum!

Seafood Fideau with homemade tomato soup.
Shrimp, clams, codfish, pasta, scallops, onions, garlic, tomatoes, peas topped with chopped parsley. Oh, and there's saffron in there too. And then there's the homemade tomato soup. The whole dish(es) are going to be fabulous, and are being whipped up by my lovely wife (the chef).

I'm grilling up a big fillet of Sockeye salmon, steamed broccoli and a pot of mashed potatoes. [:p]

Fried backstrap, mashed taters, fryed okra, sweet corn and gravy.
Picked last week, dewberry cobbler (hot) with Bluebell ice cream. Havin a nice toddie right now.0 -
