Props are also in sync and I would estimate shutter speed 1500-2000.0 -

if you knew the rpm's of the prop, you could look at the blur and calculate the shutter speed. if it's waaay too fast, like 1/10,000 of a sec or faster, you know that's impossible, so it's photoshopped. 0
