OKAY GUYS,...ANSWER THIS ONE....
I just spent bout 15-20 minutes looking at the thread "Meet your neighborhood GB'er" and most of that time was spent looking at the same faces over and over and over again...
WHY does everyone have to hit Respond with quote?....even the flippin mods...do you realize how much space is wasted?...that thread could be down to 2 pages, if everyone would stop reposting the pics....Its not only on that thread its on others too....I have finally logged in all the time to get rid of exceptionally LONG signatures and excessive amount of pics in the sigs but you just cant stop the double/triple/quadruple and more posting of the pics..only the ones hitting respond with quote can stop it....

Because it helps clearify which of the responces we are answering. I've had several people get PO'ed because I gave an answer in a responce that they thought was an answer to them instead, and it was two completely different questions.0 -
at some of the more juvenile sites, they will edit their posts,.
so if you respond without a quote they will change their post to make you look like a fool
one thing I notice here that I would bitch at if I were dial up is criptive posts with nothing but a link to utube, or nothing but a like to a spyware loaded site, while I have protection when I was on dialup those sites took forever to load.

why not copy and paste just what you are answering, and put the persons name there as well....simple..no?...
If everyone hits "reply with quote" you end up with the same pics (which is what I was talking about in the first place) over and over again...same pic about 20 times on the flipping page, and quite a few have posted absolutely NOTHING on the reply except maybe a smiley or a smart remark, but there is the pic again....another person reponds doing the same thing.... get the idea?0 -
