Queston About Amnesty Plan

So the American government is about to give amnesty to 14 million foreign law breakers and also allow them to skip paying taxes. Here is my question......2 years ago a 26 yr old American citizen brought into America 6 illegal aliens from Mexico. He picked them up in his sail boat from Ensenada and sailed them into Long Beach Harbor. He was arrested and sentenced to 3 years in jail on federal smuggling charges. The Mexican illegal aliens in his boat received nothing. Now that America is going to give blanket amnesty to the illegal aliens because "American needs their labor" and "they just want a better life" , shouldnt it stand to reason that we should give amnesty to the people who tried to HELP America bring that labor here ? I mean, if the politicans are saying America needed the labor then why punish those who helped bring the labor to America ? Also, if congress is trying to give a better life to the immigrants then why is an American in jail for helping to bring a better life ? And what about the companies who have been busted for hiring illegal aliens ? America needed the labor so why punich them ? Why is America giving amnesty to foreigners because we "need" them but the American citizens who helped them are being put in jail and given no amnesty ?
If this amnesty plan is passed then it should include amnesty for everyone who was associated with illegal immigration in the past.
