    OK I am confused.

From the felon with a bow post

I mean he will not go back to jail for commiting more crimes. If time were to skip backwards he would do the same thing again, he feels he had no choice other than to act as he did, he knows it was wrong, he served his time. No one else needs to fear this man,
    Sorry for the confusion.
My wife says I do that all the time. When typing I forget that other people do not hear what I am thinking. ... That may be a good thing most of the time. [:)]

Same here. Which is why I just don't comment on some threads.[;)]

Generally speaking, murder is a crime of passion, and most murderers, haveing removed the one person that rouses them to murderous rage, are unlikely to commit murder again. Usually they have killed a family member, and are unlikely to murder someone on the street. Obviously this excludes serial killers, gang bangers, and so on. So, Dave what you say is probably true, no one else needs worry about the man.

You are a better man than I, he probably would not be my friend even so.

As an aside, while we hear a lot about identity theft, it turns out that a vast majority of identity theives prey upon a family member, not a stranger.

being a CJ major most crimes arent crimes of passion. Crime of Passion is you catch your wife cheating and you blow here away. Which usually is 2nd degree or if lucky can be neglegent homicide or manslaughter. But murders that involve robberies getting back at somebody etc, is pre-meditated and involved 1st degree murder and usually spending life in prison or death penalty. Usually when murder involves another crime like drug dealing or robbery, that can be 1st degree because you had time to think of what that act ie robbery might lead to. In my mind dont matter what situation if you get murder you shouldnt be able to own a steak knife
