I don't care about being called any of the above. It's simply not true. I am however logical and don't mind pointing out a problem.

I'm a supervisor in a union plant. I've always had to be careful what I say. My wife doesn't want to hear my opinions, so I watch my mouth at home, too. This forum is the only place I'm allowed to talk, and I'm probably pushing my luck here.

I speak my mind...and call it like I see it. I don't know how to be any other way...not that I would want too...

I sometimes get in the mood to be anti-politically correct. I usually get in the doghouse by my wife. You have to call it as you see it sometimes.

Yeah - I'm very afraid about what I say!

I get yelled at by my wife for being too honest sometimes. I don't like to lie, does not get you anywhere. I can be harsh at times. I'm pretty tame on here though.

I don't give a rat's ass what anyone other than my Family thinks of me.

I ALWAYS say exactly what I think.

    Don't like what I say ??

    Don't listen.

Had to go to court for "saying" what I thought.
    Nothing physical, verbal only.
Paid a fine, community service, etc.

Yes, I watch what I say.
My wife says I now insult people in the nicest way.

Exactly for me too. I call BS when I see it.

Unfortunately, I have voiced some career limiting "observations" - It kind of a problem with me. Sigh...

Yes, but sometimes not as quickly as I should. I need to stop procrastinating. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow or the next day. Well, soon anyway. [^]

Sure I still say what I want, and run afoul of the poofmeister.

(Refering to the "Don't do as I do, do as I say" attitudes that prevail)[;)]

I'd speak my mind but the mother ship hasn't told me what to say yet.

If speaking your mind actually involves saying things that are racisit, misogynist, anti-gay or other wise hurtful to someone, you have poor impulse control. One can speak truly (as they see it) and plainly without being hurtful. In my view those that take great pride in "telling it like it is" are simply rude and opinionated and utterly convinced that their opinions are more valid than everyone else's. Me too.

If someone is Misogynist, racist, anti-gay, it is OK for them to speak up. It is their right to speak their mind in this country. ANYONE who says different is unaware/uninformed about this country's rights.

I do not submit to the now courant "Thought Control". "Poor Impulse Control" my achin' Arse!!! "Politically Correct" is nothing more than thought or speech control. That has no place in America.

Your sensitivities, your agendas, your hot buttons, and your mental problems, are all YOUR problem. I will speak as I wish.

Tact and Manners are for the speaker to decide, not the Main-Stream Media, and not the Citizen's Kommittee. If what I say offends you, then git gone - let's decide that we don't need to be wasting each others' precious time.

I respectfully, well, sometimes sarcasticly, say what I feel for the most part. But if it is something that does not need to be said I bite my tongue in an effort to not cause discourse.

Not bragging- stating facts. Am retired from 2 careers, capable of retiring today from third if I want, and financially independent. This means I have a relatively high KMA factor (Kizz My Azz- I don't care) yes, as a result, I DO generally say what i think. [:p]

Give me a freaking break most people start talking long before that start thinking!!!! When a thought finally comes into their stupid heads.... it kinda like that politicain's thought that someone posted the other day.... Hey that guy chasing me down the freaking street with that gun would have likely killed me if he had been one step closer... I wish I had my freaking anti-gun vote back now!!! Or WTH was I thinking!!!
The real problem isn't saying what is in your mind!!!! It is finding a freaking mind that is allowed to think in the 1st place.... Just from what I'm seeing in this country...somewhere around 80% of the people let someone else do there thinking for them!!!!

I try to consider the audience and what I know about them before I open my mouth. I did say "try." Sometimes it is just too tempting to say what's on my mind and if I think it will add something to the conversation, I will say it. I like to think and consider all kinds of things and hope that what I say will make people do likewise. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... That's life. Someone on this forum forgives my words all kinds of things. He's a gem!!
