BENEFUL DOGFOOD LINKED TO ANIMAL DEATHS

I read more on doggybling.com's website, elsewhere it says that Purina (or whoever) hasn't acknowledged any problem with this stuff, despite several complaints to them such as what you got here. even though they apologize to the owners and offer them coupons.

I looked on the website that sells Beneful, nothing mentioned about it there. I suppose this is all very recent and it must take some effort to change anything on their website.

it seems all of the problems come from this stuff sold at WAL-MART, and the dog food was either outdated or expired.

somebody gave a sample to their microbiologist friend, and it was their opinion that the dog food was poisonous due to mold growing on it. mold can produce poison.

so probably the best thing to do is stay away from dog food at wal mart, and stay away from that brand anywhere right now, and whatever you buy or have right now, check the expiration date and look for mold.

like the guy says, how purina handles this situation will be watched.

thaks for the heads up, fb.
