Beer Battered bell peppers recipe

Clean 6 good sized bell peppers and cut into rings... drink a beer. Get some flour and mix it with some beer . Put some wesson oil on the stove to heat. drink a beer. dip them in the batter and fry some of those bad boys up.. drink another beer. Fry some more till they are almost done..let the dog lick up all the batter you have spilled.. drink another beer.. Go pee off the deck.. come in and season them all with garlic. Get another beer and enjoy.

    Try that with some large red(Bermuda) onions, but first,toss'em in a bowl with your fave. hot-sauce in the bottom. Then the batter[;)].
