Very Cool AR-15 Handle
Guys,
At the recent Shot Show I picked up a sample of a replacemet AR-15 handle that converts the standard AR-15 grip into a Model 1911. At first I couldn't really think of an advantage to putting ivory side panels on my AR-15, but with a little vision it dawned on me that now my Crimson Trace that's on my 1911 now fits my AR-15. Anyway I thought it was interesting enough to share.
Here's the handle installed.

Next you can install the soft finger groove module.

And lastly, add the side panels of your choice.

I've had fun playing with it.

Interesting but I doubt the Crimson trace can look around the mag well unless you space it out.
The AR grip angle isn't right for me. It's good for carrying and firing from the hip but too steep for comfortable shooting from the shoulder. The more vertical, 1911 grip looks better.0 -
Interesting! But it looks like a mutation to me. I never care for marrying two distinctively different firearms. 0 -
I REALLY like it-both for looks and fit. Please advise as to manufacturer, perhaps a web site. THANK YOU.
Sweet clean air from east to west
and room to go and come.
I liked my fellow mast the best
