Its about that time of year again when teams start gearing up for practice. And you start seeing more in the news bout football. I dont know bout you but Im tired of hearin bout Micheal Vick and the trouble he gets into. And every athlete for that matter seems to me if I were in the public spotlight I'd walk the line. But heres the link

This one makes me upset Im a dog lover. I used to like to watch him play but am cheering against Vick from here on out.

    you also have to remember there are two classes of players in the NFL Cris Carter Jerry Rice Touchdown Tim Brown, etc -talented players making good money and T.O. Vick, etc thunder heads that got lucky

    BIG difference between indicited and convicted. Not saying that Vick didn't do it, sure seems that way. But in the US we are supposed to hold everyone innocent until proven guilty.

    And please don't mention Chris Carter up as a "model" athlete! He had all kinds of behavioral problems in his career. Nothing more than a conceited, rich, spoiled athlete. And the same with Jerry Rice! Remember all the pouting he did when he played with Oakland and had the game when his consecutive games with a reception streak ended? Pouted and moaned like the spoiled brat he really is. Image is everything, and reality rarely matches the image athletes want us to see.
