WASR-10

Yeah...I'm freakin pumped, I just got confermation today that I can buy a WASR-10...I think i'm gonna just sell my Yugo sks for about $150 (thats what they'er going for right?). I can't wait, and with money from my job rollin' in, it's gonna be alright

That's like the one I want to get but I'm gonna get mine at a gun shop, mabey with and underfolding stock; I have a question on those though...how's the recoil with the metal stock, does it dig into your shoulder, how about the wood stock?

Also what is the recoil like comparted to a SKS

    Oh...not gonna get that, im gettin the one with the 30 round mags...I might just buy the one on the link...well my dad will, ill just use it[:o)]

    From the looks of it, it is a WSAR-10 that's had the mag well dremeled out to accept hi-cap mags. There aren't any indents on the side of the receiver to take up mag slop.

    wasr-10's didn't take full capacity mags, but after the ban, duh nobody wanted them, so they almost all got fixed or else they wouldn't have got sold.

    recoil on an AK is same as an SKS. cuz same round and rifle weighs about the same. I never tried an underfolder but since none of the above have a nice cushy pad on the stock, I'd imagine they all feel the same as far as wear and tear on your shoulder. not like it has spikes on it or anything.

    hang on to the sks. they're handy little guns, you'll shoot better with it anyways, and if/when you go do some hunting you'll probably end up reaching for the sks.
