WOW!!! PRO GUN SITE PROMOTING NON GUN HATING SITE, JUST WOW. i will be emialing the site and get this taken down 0 -
Its hard to believe after thousands just got booted from ebay for violating the new gun parts policy that gunbroker would post a link back to ebay. 0 -
yea i just e-mailed support, maybe a stupid employee did it, but anyway hopefully it gets removed in a timely manner 0 -
Maybe GB and ebay worked out an agreement? GB advertises for ebay, and ebay gets out of the gun business? 0 -
I'm guessing that GunBroker subscribes to a search engine to generate those links and that fleabay pays the search engines to put them at or near the top. 0 -
Ever try to search in the internet to see who owns GB HOLDINGS, INC.??
Other names turn up and it's an interesting endeavor, but ebay does not turn up.0 -

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ it is all about money, not balls [:D] 0 -
Maybe someone on GB suggested to Ebay to get out of the gun parts business, and maybe some favors were exchanged to accomodate that---just maybe.

It appears that page is created by a feed from "Moreover Technologies" (a VeriSign company). So, nobody from GB really controls what is posted there -- they signed up for a feed about gun industry news, and the links that get posted there are based on some stats and keywords digested by some "logic" from Moreover Technologies. With E-Bay's new policy, they are probably hitting high in the stats, keywords, search terms, etc used to determine the content displayed on the page. And E-bay probably has a contract with Moreover Tech that says something like "all links to E-bay will look like this and go here" . . . .
Or maybe GB and E-bay are in cahootz. [;)] [:D]0 -
ebay is a bunch of idiots. they jsut sent me a message telling me about their "new policy", if you get more than 5% negative or neutral feedback over 90 days, your account gets suspended.
so you got to have more than 20 positives for even 1 neutral feedback.
plus, they said that a user's ebay account can get suspended, but their paypal account won't at this time. ho-ho-ho! that would make the shtf.
ebay sucks. they think they've got everybody over a barrel or they wouldn't pull this crap. anyways, you go and look on their forums, everybody there says their customer service is crappy or nonexistant. they constantly get a negative feedback rating.0
